This September, Dreamworld and Gold Coast Aqua Park will reopen for the first time since March!

Just in time for the school holiday at the end of the month, these two popular Gold Coast attractions are NOT to be missed if you’re planning a memorable family escape with the chance to spoil the kids to something exciting.

Dreamworld

Australia’s largest theme park is back – Dreamworld is the ultimate experience on the Gold Coast for families with kids, boasting family attractions, thrilling rides, animal exhibits, live shows, WhiteWater World and more to enjoy over one day, two days or three days!

Situated in Coomera, North Gold Coast, Dreamworld is only a short drive from locations such as Southport and Main Beach Gold Coast, and will open daily starting September 16. 

Of course, Dreamworld will have a COVID Safe Plan in place to ensure visitor safety, which will include distancing, increased sanitation, contactless payments and limited capacity – so make sure to grab your tickets in advance.

Gold Coast Aqua Park

GC Aqua Park is a seasonal water park attraction located in the Southport Gold Coast Broadwater, set to reopen this month for spring!

For ages over 5, GC Aqua Park Southport offers water-splashing fun on a giant inflatable course featuring slides, trampoline jumps and various obstacles. It’s both challenging and lots of fun, and the perfect solution for cooling down in the hot Gold Coast climate.

Sessions are by the hour with life jackets provided. Expect the park to reopen with all the government-recommended precautions in place for visitor safety, so rest assured you’ll have a fun and safe experience.
